Proofpack is an automated screening tool. It reads your repository and reports patterns that buyers often ask about. It is not a security audit, a legal opinion, an IP opinion or a valuation. Check important findings with a qualified professional.

Scores and findings come from automated rules and, in the paid report, from an AI model. They can be wrong or incomplete. You and any buyer stay responsible for your own decisions.

You must have the right to give Proofpack read access to each repo you connect. You are responsible for the notes you add to a report and for the people you share a report with.

Prices are shown on the pricing page. A Proofpack is a one-time payment for one repo, valid for 30 days. Pro renews each month or year until you cancel. If no AI section of a full report can be written, the full-report credit is returned automatically.

Do not scan repos you do not have the right to read, try to break the service or other users' data, or use reports to mislead a buyer. We can suspend accounts that do.

Proofpack is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
